That’s why we offer a free in-home consultation before your first service begins. This gives everyone a chance to get to know each other and make sure that this is a good fit.

You’ll Get Consistency With a Core Team

When you schedule a service with us, we’ll partner you with a primary and back-up Pet Care Provider based on your needs and schedule. You’ll have the chance to meet these local Pet Care Providers and once you approve of them, we’ll assign them to your account. Any time you schedule services thereafter, we’ll strive to have care provided by your core team. This way you know your pet is getting care from Pet Care Providers you (and they) know, like and trust every time!

Kaitlyn is an avid pet lover with two dogs of her own. She deeply values the companionship that pets provide and is dedicated to offering the same care and attention to others’ beloved animals. Kaitlyn emphasizes frequent communication and transparency, ensuring that pet owners stay informed about their pets’ well-being while they are away. She looks forward to meeting new pets and their owners.

Suriah

Suriah has been around animals her entire life, spending over 10 years on a farm caring for horses, ducks, chickens, cats, and dogs. She also managed multiple cats and fish at home, gaining experience in administering various medications. Suriah has worked as a pet sitter for friends, family, and others, and currently cares for three cats, two chinchillas, and a betta fish. Her experience spans rodents, reptiles, fish, cats, and dogs, and she loves helping pets feel seen and heard.
